Healthy Habits I do

Taking fruit salad everyday :  I do take fruit  salad everyday because it really  helps to keep my skin glowing,healthy, fresh and pretty. Taking fruits everyday could serve as a good investment  for your health and skin. It's really a good habit to start and also  keeps your body with  valuable fibres, vitamins and minerals.

Taking raw vegetables: I prefer raw vegetables to boiled ones that's just me. If you are going to take  raw vegetables  make sure you wash them well for edible consumption  then you slice and eat. I take this like twice a week, sometimes once, really bad but its something.

Taking enough sleep : Sometimes you feel like  sleeping isn't necessary, maybe you want to achieve something and you don't need to sleep. If you notice if you don't sleep well, it's really affects your mental health, you barely can't think and in  some cases you  break down completely not only that, even though it doesn't affect your health now, it might affect your health in the future.Sleeping  also gives you a smooth skin. 

Healthy Eating : Healthy eating can make your skin  glow.

Rest and reduce over working yourself : I know many  people try to work so hard without giving yourself  a rest. You feel you are so strong enough that you can perform so many tasks then one day your body becomes so weak that you can't do anything  this is a sign it's needs rest. Rest is really essential to keep you going.
 

Reduce stress : I know many things relating to life  can be really stressful but we need  to sometimes take a break and calm down, too much stress can affect  one's health. The only way  I try to help  myself with stress is being calm. 

Love yourself : Try to love yourself, do things that makes you happy. Remove bad energy from your life because  it's really toxic and really bad for one's health and your life will be so much better.
