Self love and how to pratice it



  Hi everyone welcome to the  self love aspect  of my blog. Alot of people have forgotten the importance of self love, you need to know that you are important and here are tips that can help you in praticing self love.

i. Knowing self love isn't selfish: Taking time for yourself is not being selfish, not at all. For example taking enough sleep, rest,  doing things at makes you happy doesn't  have to do with selfishness, so this is one tip you need to know.

ii. Learn to say No:  To many  people punish themselves doing things  they don't want to do. Don't stress too much, prioritize what you want to do and what you don't want to do. I'm not saying you shouldn't sacrifice your time for  others or help others in need, don't get me wrong 🙂

iii: Get a journal: This helps too, i use a journal too. It could be a guide for you to follow up jots on things you want to do, things you love and want to start doing, it could be anything positive.

iv. Do things that makes you happy: Discover what makes happy and make it a necessity it helps alot in your self love journey.

v. Remove toxicity in your life: We all do not need toxicity in our lives, it brings alot of negativity to one's life and it needs to be removed.



vi. Take a break and relax

vii. Listen to songs: Music can be a drug to  calm down, relax even on a bad day, heals sad feelings and lightens up your mood..

viii. Remember your mental health is a priority: We all need to  take care of our mental health most times no matter what happens, no matter what you are going through, you need to know that your mental health is very  important.

ix. Eat healthy

xi. Treat yourself
