How to stay calm under any life pressure

Hi everyone, how is the year going? I’m sure it’s going well. So this blogpost is about staying calm. I guess some people will find this helpful. There are life challenges that can change one's level of calmness, no matter the life suitation the only way to handle it is to stay calm and strong. Stress is always going to part of lives, life and stress are related is just how we handle it that matters. Sometimes we get  tensed up while trying to deal with them. It might not always be stress suitation, it could be an unpleasant news that you probably never want to hear or something you saw physically that can affect your mental health. Here are 5 tips on how to deal with them,

Staying calm  with stress/ life challenges:

. Taking enough sleep: After  a stressful day which could increase feelings of anxiety, it makes one tired  and unable to do anything. Basically, if you are under any stress, taking enough sleep  can help you relax and promote calmness, even if  it’s a 10 mins sleep  it helps a lot.

. Taking a deep breath: This works too. It helps to reduce your stress level and also keeps you calm when handling any bad life experience. I do this a lot if times when I get so overwhelmed, I just take a deep breath and find myself getting calm and my stress level reduces.

Try to be positive: Being positive helps to keeps you calm. Imagine in a suitation  where you find yourself in a state of anxiety  and feelings of panic, this introduces  stress. Look at the positive side of things instead of the negative side, I know it can be difficult, even for me it’s difficult in some cases. The positive energy helps a lot.

Listening to music: Even if you do not want to sleep to relax, tuning in a nice song can help you relax your nerves and keep you calm, it also helps a lot.

. Praying: praying helps you feel relieved, like that feeling I’ve talked to God and I know he has taken  care just gives you this feeling everything will be fine.
